HOW CAN I SUBMIT MY ABSTRACT?
You can submit an abstract via the "Submit Abstract" page. Please ensure your abstract is under 300 words and strictly follows the formatting guidelines.
THE MAIN AUTHOR ALREADY SUBMITTED THE ABSTRACT. DO I NEED TO SUBMIT IT AGAIN AS A CO-AUTHOR?
No, you don’t need to submit it again. The main author can add you as a presenter when submitting the abstract. A single abstract can have multiple presenters.
IF I’M NOT SELECTED FOR A SHORT TALK, CAN I PRESENT MY WORK IN ANOTHER FORMAT?
Yes, if you are not selected for a talk, you can still present a poster during the poster sessions.
WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN PREPARING MY POSTER?
Posters should fit within a 1×1 meter space. The display boards are portrait-oriented, so landscape posters will not fit properly. Pins will be provided for mounting.
CAN I PAY ONLINE?
Yes, online payment options include MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Additional security checks may apply depending on your card provider.
CAN I PAY VIA BANK TRANSFER?
Yes, but only in exceptional cases where card payment is not possible.
CAN I GET AN OFFICIAL INVOICE FOR MY INSTITUTION?
Yes, we can issue an official invoice upon request. Please contact the conference manager for assistance.
CAN I ATTEND ONLY ONE DAY OF THE CONFERENCE?
Yes, one-day registration is available. It grants access to sessions and events for that specific day only.
ARE GROUP DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE?
Yes, group discounts may be available upon approval by the conference manager.
THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED. CAN I STILL REGISTER?
Please contact the conference manager to check if late registration is possible.
IS THE CONFERENCE SCHEDULE AVAILABLE ONLINE?
Yes, the schedule will be published on our website 2–3 months before the conference.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE SCHEDULE?
If the schedule changes due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify participants in advance. No penalties will apply for cancellations resulting from schedule changes.
CAN YOU PROVIDE A VISA SUPPORT LETTER FOR MY APPLICATION?
Yes, once your registration fee has been paid and your participation is confirmed, we can provide a visa support letter.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY REGISTRATION?
Please inform the conference manager as soon as possible. Your registration and any submitted abstracts will be withdrawn. Check the cancellation terms on our website for further details.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Refunds are available according to our policy outlined on the website.
